LOCAL DELICACY - VIETNAMESE SPRING ROLLS
One of Vietnam's signature delicacies, spring rolls, come in different fillings, including Cha Nem (deep fried roll) and Nem Cuon (fresh roll). Ingredients to make crispy Cha Nem include rice paper, minced pork, mushrooms, egg, vermiceli and spices.
