LOCAL DELICACY - VIETNAMESE SPRING ROLLS
One of Vietnam's signature delicacies, spring rolls, come in different fillings, including Cha Nem (deep fried roll) and Nem Cuon (fresh roll). Ingredients to make crispy Cha Nem include rice paper, minced pork, mushrooms, egg, vermiceli and spices. For Nem Cuon, the ingredients are fresh vermicelli, boiled shrimp and pork, and fresh vegetables. These spring rolls are especially prepared for your delegates, to enjoy during their insider breaks.

The historical Temple of Confucius was built in 1070 and was Vietnam’s first national university. Situated south of the Imperial Citadel, the temple features a collection of centuries-old pavillions and statues.
