Recruitment Process

We believe that selecting talent is a mutual process, where we and the candidates both get to know each other in great lengths to ensure the best fit and subsequent colleague experience. Each candidate has the chance to meet multiple people in the hotel during the interview process, which is a multi-conversation based on our established employee and leadership behaviors.

On-boarding

On-boarding has a huge impact on employee engagement – and we have created an interactive and exciting program based on the principles of both IHG and the hotel, which creates passionate and loyal team members upon their orientation. It is a robust journey that takes place across six months and walks the employee extensively through the what, when and how of their roles.
