Each candidate has the chance to meet multiple people in the hotel during the interview process, which is a multi-conversation based on our established employee and leadership behaviors.
On-boarding has a huge impact on employee engagement – and we have created an interactive and exciting program based on the principles of both IHG and the hotel, which creates passionate and loyal team members upon their orientation. It is a robust journey that takes place across six months and walks the employee extensively through the what, when and how of their roles.

The L&D team also continuously assesses the skill level of all employees across all departments, to identify unique training needs and align learning programs to assist each department, as well as the hotel's common goals.
