Elevating "all-day dining" and expressive cuisines to a higher level, 3 Spoons Restaurant at InterContinental Hanoi Landmark72 is excited to introduce an all-new a la carte menu, featuring its best in culinary with a unique twist.
From 1 April 2019, 3 Spoons' Chef de Cuisine Doan Trong Dat and his team welcome guests to enjoy an all-new showcase of the restaurant's 3 signature kitchens - Vietnamese Chinese, Japanese and Italian. The new menu stays true to 3 Spoons' diversity roots, while introducing special touches of local specialties and creative, contemporary recipes to spice up any taste bud.
Guests sampling from the Vietnamese and Chinese menu will be pleasantly surprised by the selection of seafood steams and "pho" - Vietnamese rice noodles - creatively prepared and served with bone marrow, braised beef or even dried buffalo.
Fans of the Japanese cuisine will be introduced to a variety of bluefin tuna, with intense marbling and a fine balance of flavor. Lastly, from the Italian kitchen, guests will be treated to abundant choices of authentic Italian pizzas, alongside the creative "Chef Dat's Calzone" - a homage to the Naples' oven-baked folded pizza.
