As an extension of Earth Day, IHG hotels and corporate employees celebrate IHG Earth Week from April 21st to April 28th. A whole week is dedicated to raise awareness about the importance of reducing our carbon footprint and water use – two big focus areas for IHG as part of our new Responsible Business targets.

From 1 April 2019, 3 Spoons' Chef de Cuisine Doan Trong Dat and his team welcome guests to enjoy an all-new showcase of the restaurant's 3 signature kitchens - Vietnamese Chinese, Japanese and Italian. The new menu stays true to 3 Spoons' diversity roots, while introducing special touches of local specialties and creative, contemporary recipes to spice up any taste bud.
