Join us for an unforgettable celebration of Singapore’s vibrant and diverse gastronomy. We are delighted to host Guest Chef Teo Keng Siang (Kelvin) from Crowne Plaza Changi Airport, bringing the bold, authentic flavours of Singapore to Hanoi’s dining scene.
Indulge in a curated selection of Singaporean classics, including Bak Kut The, Beef Rendang, Laksa, Hainanese Chicken Rice, Chilli Crab, Fish Curry, Satay, Pulut Hitam. Each offering is a reflection of Singapore’s multicultural heritage, thoughtfully crafted to deliver a truly exceptional dining experience.

Cooking Class

As part of Singapore Culinary Week, Guest Chef Teo Keng Siang (Kelvin) from Crowne Plaza Changi Airport will lead a hands-on Cooking Masterclass, guiding participants through the art of preparing iconic Singaporean dishes like Chilli Crab and Seafood Laksa. After the class, guests can enjoy a specially curated lunch set menu at 3 Spoons, featuring the day’s culinary creations.
